Corrugated plastic sheet is an extruded hollow profile, also called twin wall plastic sheet, coroplast, corflute, cartonplast, PP hollow profile, available in both Polypropylene(PP) and Polyethylene(PE), used in sign printing, packaging, protection and a multitude of other applications.

The cardboard will succumb to natural deterioration of the fibre board as well as UV and impact damage. As a result, the units would become unstable and need replacing.

Correx is a revolutionary alternative as instead of having to be replaced every 6 months, can last upwards of 10 years depending on the grade of the Correx and the design used. Correx is fully recyclable, it is easy to clean, it is water, oil, grease, mould, impact and UV damage resistant.

Pp corrugated plastic board is produced by melted PP and hot pressed. There are upper wall and lower wall, and partition in between. It resists compression, and is impact-proof, water/grease-proof, and heat resistant. It applies multi-color,weighs light but born heavy. PP is hydrocarbon, theres no toxic when burns, suitable for recycle and conform to environmental perseverance.
